What is the returns and refund policy?

Returns policy -
We hope you love your new products. At Face Amor Beauty our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange. 
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items 
Refund policy -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your item is approved, then the refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) -
If you have not already received a refund, first check your bank account again. Next, check with credit card company/bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you have done all of the above please contact us at faceamorbeauty19@gmail.com
Exchanges (if applicable) -
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at faceamorbeauty19@gmail.com within 48hours of receiving your order. 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

What is the shipping policy?

Packaging and shipping -
Standard shipping UK (tracked) - Allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive 
International standard shipping - Allow 7-10 working days for order to arrive. 
You shall be notified via email or SMS when your order is dispatched.
